The weave
A weaving cotton, not a dressed-up one — the pallu carries all the pattern and the body is left plain so the cloth drapes softly. The tassels are knotted into the warp ends rather than stitched on afterwards.

Fabric & care
- Hand wash separately in cold water for the first three washes; the rust and charcoal will bleed.
- Line dry in shade.
- Press on the reverse while slightly damp.
